The rules of the road.

Effective April 21, 2026

These terms are a contract between you and FTP Travel LLC ("we," "us"), the operator of InstantInterviewer. By creating an account or paying for a plan, you agree to them. If anything here doesn't make sense, email support@instantinterviewer.com before you sign up.

1. What we provide

InstantInterviewer is a software service that conducts AI-driven practice interviews, scores your answers, and provides written feedback. We offer the service "as is." We work hard on it but we can't guarantee you'll get a job, that the AI will always be right, or that every interview question we surface will match the one your real interviewer asks. It's a practice tool, not a fortune teller.

2. Your account

You need a valid email to sign up. You're responsible for keeping your credentials private. One account per person — don't share logins. If we spot shared use we may suspend the account.

3. Payment and renewal

• Paid plans start immediately. When you start Voice or Video, we charge the monthly rate ($29 Voice / $59 Video) or yearly rate ($228 Voice / $468 Video), whichever you chose, on the same card at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your dashboard.
• Founders-lifetime. A one-time payment ($149 Voice / $249 Video) unlocks the plan forever, no recurring charge. Limited to the first 1,000 buyers. Covered by the same 14-day refund policy.
• Taxes. Prices exclude any applicable VAT, GST, or sales tax. Stripe collects these where required.
• Failed payments. If your card declines, we'll retry a few times and email you. If it still fails after a week, paid practice access pauses until billing is fixed.

4. Refunds — 14-day money-back guarantee

If you're unhappy with Voice or Video for any reason within 14 days of a paid charge, email support@instantinterviewer.com and we'll refund the most recent charge. No lawyer words, no "valid reason" filter — you ask, we refund. One refund per customer.

Founders-lifetime refunds: within 14 days of purchase, refundable on request. After 14 days the sale is final (it's a one-time charge, not a subscription — nothing recurs).

5. Acceptable use

InstantInterviewer is for practicing real job interviews. You agree not to:

• Resell, republish, or redistribute our feedback, transcripts, or question bank.
• Use the voice agent to harass, deceive, or impersonate a real human being.
• Reverse-engineer our prompts or scrape our site in ways that degrade the service for others.
• Use automated accounts, bots, or credential stuffing.
• Upload other people's resumes or personal data without their permission.
• Try to get the AI to do something it shouldn't — writing malware, generating extremist content, etc. Our provider's safety filters apply.

If you violate these, we may terminate your account without refund.

6. Your content, your rights

You own your resume, your transcripts, and your feedback. You grant us a narrow, revocable license to process them so we can give you the service. We don't claim ownership and we don't use them to train public models. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

7. Our content

The site, the question bank, the prompts, the UI, and the brand are ours. Don't copy them wholesale for a competing service.

8. Termination

You can cancel any time from your dashboard. We can terminate your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or if we're required to by law. If we shut the service down for business reasons, we'll give paying users at least 30 days' notice and a prorated refund for the unused period.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FTP Travel LLC's total liability to you for any claim arising out of the service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages — missed interviews, lost offers, career regrets, etc. Buy the product because you want practice, not because you're counting on it to guarantee an outcome.

10. Indemnity

If your misuse of the service causes a claim against us (say, you upload someone else's data without permission), you'll cover our reasonable costs to defend it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we change anything that materially affects your rights, we'll email registered users at least 14 days in advance. Your continued use after that is acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we need to sue each other we'll do it in a Florida state or federal court. If you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you the right to sue locally, that right isn't waived.
